Advocacy and Education
ChamberQUEER is available to facilitate workshops and residencies that center principles of queer liberation in the approach to issues of inclusion, equity, access, and diversity.
Queer liberation ideology is informed by ideology of Black feminism; disability justice; and anti-oppression activism.
Below is a representative session we have facilitated (at the Chamber Music America conference in 2022). We work with you to tailor our offering to meet the needs of your organization. Our workshops are hands-on, which means you will work with your group to solve a real problem that your organization or our field faces, in order to grasp and begin to implement these principles.
